This save game hack requires no jailbreaks, it gives you:
999,999,000 Super Cops
999,999,000 Instarams
All Vehicles Unlocked except the Hornet
Donut Finder Unlocked
All Missions Unlocked
Start at the beginning of the game.

1. Install the game
2. Download the zip file from one of the links below :

3. Extract it, Use a file browser of your choice (iFile, DiskAid, iFunBox...) & Put the file "com.hutchgames.smashcopsheat.plist" that you extracted from the zip to your device
(Smash Cops Installed Directory)/Library/Preferences/
Note: You might want to rename your old "com.hutchgames.smashcopsheat.plist" to "com.hutchgames.smashcopsheat.bak" first in case you want to revert back to the old save game.
4. Launch the game & enjoy
Some of you might need to change the file permissions to:
Owner: Mobile
Group: Mobile
User: Read, Write
Group: Write
World: Write
